Job Summary
We are seeking a Front Desk Dental Receptionist to join our clinical team! In this role, you will work collaboratively with patients to determine their dental needs, develop the best course of action, and oversee their treatment plans, ensuring each client gets high-quality, individualized care. The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable about dentistry. 
Responsibilities 
  • Collaborate with dentists, dental specialists, patients, families, and referring office staff
  • Answer phones
  • Schedule patients
  • Occasionally go over insurance benefits
  • Accept payment for services 
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in dentistry or in a similar position is preferred
  • Certification as a prior dental assistant is helpful, but not required
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks and prioritize appropriately
  • Ability to work in fast-paced situations and make sound decisions quickly
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high level of compassion
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
