Day to Day responsibilites:
Patient Demographic Entry: Accurate and timely entry of patient demographic information into our systems.
Insurance Verification: Conduct thorough verification of patient insurance details to facilitate seamless billing processes.
Check Out: Efficiently handle the check-out process, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and providing necessary documentation.
Financial Responsibilities: Collect copays, co-insurance, and deductibles with precision and adherence to established protocols.
Scheduling Appointments: Manage the appointment scheduling process, coordinating with patients to optimize the utilization of our medical services.
Phone Management: Handle a high volume of phone calls with professionalism and efficiency, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
