We are currently seeking a reliable and friendly cashier to join our team at our Raleigh location. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for providing outstanding service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions with customers
- Scan goods and collect payments
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change to customers
- Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area
- Keep reports of transactions
- Up sell products and services
- Conduct product demonstrations when required
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Sales experience, particularly in wireless or technology sales, is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
