We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our call center team in Raleigh as Call Center Representatives. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.

Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
- Provide information about products or services
- Assist customers with product inquiries and issues
- Utilise phone etiquette to ensure quality customer interaction
- Analyse customer needs to offer solutions and up sell products
- Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times

Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly
- Ability to upsell products effectively
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service best practices
