Job Summary
Provides recruitment support by developing and creating sourcing mechanisms and resources; providing administrative support by completing needed process for the advanced practice provider, locums and physician candidate interview process and completing process and providing assistance to the recruiters, credentialing team and physicians during the on-boarding process. During the employment process provides assistance to the recruiter and leadership by developing amendments and monitoring through the contract management system.
Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• One to three months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Completion of college-level business or healthcare management classes preferred.

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday; 80 hours every 2 weeks

Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $19.25 - $24.00 per hour
