Greg Doohen Realty Group is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Sioux Falls, SD

We are seeking a highly motivated, friendly and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our real estate team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and organized operations for our team. Your warm and welcoming demeanor will be crucial in assisting agents and colleagues, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a professional and inviting atmosphere. We are looking for a superstar that is passionate about learning and achievement.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage email inboxes of supervisor.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, mailing projects, creating presentations and data entry, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, such as creating and editing property listings, updating social media platforms, and coordinating mailings.
  • Manage client database by responding to inquiries and adding notes to each client profile.
  • Take part in developmental programs to strengthen existing skill set.
  • Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google apps. Also able to quickly learn other types of software.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work even while under pressure, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
