OVERVIEW
Supervises and trains staff, maintains contract documentation, manages day-to-day operations, and evaluates and coordinates consumer activities in the program. Ensures that Source America vocational training programs and community integration programs meet contract standards to include safety, Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), and Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) standards. Monitors staff training, collects and documents training data, maintains consumer files, and monitors consumer progress through the program. Position may from time to time be stressful and require a high demand of performance. May perform other duties as assigned.

Suitable work experience may be considered as transferable skills in order to meet minimum requirements of the position and will be considered by the Executive Director of Human Resources.
