We are currently hiring for a Residential Program Manager, to work within our Catholic Charities Disabilities Services agency. As a Residential Program Manager, you would be responsible for:
· Overall responsibilities associated with the residential program
· The supervision and management of residential programs operated by Catholic Charities Disabilities Services
· Specific responsibilities in the area of maintenance, transportation, recreation, quality assurance, development, education & training, and personnel that relate to the operation of the residential program
· Participating in organizational meetings, representing the agency in numerous events, meetings, etc. and otherwise advocating on behalf of the people supported by the agency
Residential Program Manager Minimum Salary: $23.50/hour
Residential Program Manager Maximum Salary: $23.50/hour
Residential Program Manager Full-time
*Weekend and on-call availability needed
**We offer a $1.50/hour differential for any hours worked between 3pm Friday and 7am Monday**
Qualifications:
· Valid NYS Driver’s License and personal transportation
· Associate’s Degree in Human Services or related field is required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
· Minimum one year of experience working as a Direct Support Professional in a residential home with individuals that have intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
· Ability to generate electronic reports and documents
