Job Description
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK
Temporary role with our client located in Pittsburgh, PA.
Candidate must be based in Greater Pittsburgh area and be readily available to go on-site 5 days per week (parking provided).
Work Environment: On-site
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for full cycle accounts payable - P.O. and non-P.O. invoices, matching, coding, processing checks and mailing out payments
- Working as part of a team with responsibilities for accounts payable - distributed among the group
- Utilizing accounting software and Microsoft Office / Excel for daily tasks
- Communicating with internal employees and external vendors as needed
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
- 2 years of full cycle accounts payable experience
- Strong detail orientation, and ability to work as part of a team
- Experience in accounting software and MS office required
