CRG is now seeking to hire an experienced Administrative Assistant to add to our amazing team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:

· Process all ARs/IRs

· Address Resident concerns

· Enter in work orders for maintenance

· Greet/assist walk-ins and answer phones

Necessary skills for this position include:

· Able to function in a fast-paced environment

· Strong organizational skills with strong ability to multi-task

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong resident relations skillset

· Ability to follow up on assigned tasks

· Dependable with a strong work ethic

· Positive attitude to work with coworkers and tenants

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Must be organized and detail oriented

· Establish and maintain a positive working atmosphere with the team.

Experience:

Tax Credit, RealPage, Onesite, Section 8
