Responsibilities

• Oversee training and supervision of service BDC employees
• Answer basic questions about processes and customer service issues
• Monitor the call queue to ensure all calls are answered
• Assign tasks to all employees; assistant manager, supervisor, team leads and members
• Oversee the employee’s efficiency with working inbound and outbound calls
• Oversee distribution of daily outbound calls
• Make staff adjustments, structural changes, and schedules to correlates with business growth
• Maintain outbound requirements specific to each store
• Make quarterly store visits and maintain healthy relationships

Requirements

• Prior Manager experience with BDC dealership experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self- motivated, goal oriented and ability to work in fast paced environment
• Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously
• Must Pass Background Check, Drug screening, have current/valid driver’s license
