Cambridge Spa Group is Hiring a Remote HR Assistant

Saltoun Franchise Holdings (“SFH”) is looking to hire a fully remote HR Assistant to join the Human Resources Team!

About Saltoun Franchise Holdings: SFH is a private equity backed, franchisee consolidator within the Massage Envy and European Wax Center franchise systems. SFH employs over 1400 people in Florida, Texas, Nevada, and California with corporate teams in Austin, TX. The company is led by an experienced senior management team with 20 years of Massage Envy and franchising experience and a best-in-class investor group.

As the HR Assistant your understanding of employee relationships, effective communication and scheduling will work in favor of cohesively aligning our people toward all company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Supports assigned workload between both entities of CGS (Cambridge Spa Group- Massage Envy) & CWG (Cambridge Wax Group- European Wax Center).
  • Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
  • Daily management of on/offboarding.
  • Supports the benefits administration and enrollment processes for CWG and CSG.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by performing reference checks.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Update records of new staff.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Keeps up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Plays a pivotal role in creating and supporting the Company Culture.
  • Support other assigned functions through all entities of the Company.
  • Other HR tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

  • 1 years of experience in HR (preferred).
  • Experience in California HR Administration (preferred)
  • Experience in ADP Workforce Now (preferred).
  • Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Candidates must be located in either NV or TX and have ability to operate during PST time zone.

ROP: $18.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
