Business Development Manager Job description
Responsibilities:
• Working in a fast-paced, collaborative and dynamic teaming environment with the team and to
effectively manage opportunities and pipeline through the sales cycle.
• Co-work with global marketing and sales to plan and execute products promotion, study target
customer group world-widely and provide insight for product development
• Leveraging best-in-class sales and communications tools to accelerate sales, maintaining high
levels of activity.
• Meeting and exceeding agreed sales targets, including pipeline generation.
• Develop a new partner and new business mode in worldwide marketing
• Managing regular communications and/or updates are shared with the relevant stakeholders
• Lead and supervise the entire product lifecycle from initial concept development to final
product launch, ensuring seamless coordination among all departments involved.
Required Qualifications:
· Length of experience: years of relevant industry experience or new grad.
· BA/BS in business or mathematics or MS/MBA.
· Prior experience in contract manufacturing is a plus.
· Basic understanding of OEM, supply chain and consumer electronics.
· Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese with logical thinking.
• Sound technical knowledge with a good understanding of the product development lifecycle.
• Product management experience - driving customer value that is aligned with business goals
and strategic imperatives.
• Experience working across teams of engineering, product marketing, design, and customer
support
• Ability to describe value proposition, features, and capabilities at a level of technical detail that
engineering can implement.
• Results-oriented, collaborative, influential - with multiple techniques depending on the
situation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to drive consensus among
stakeholders with differing points of view.
• Experience working and comfortable/thrive with a certain amount of chaos/ambiguity and
across time zones.
• Strong problem solving, highly analytical, attention to detail with solid organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally
Additional Requirements:
Can accommodate 20% - 25% international travel.
