KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Successfully organize, monitor, and project manage company’s immigration operations to ensure safe, consistent, and successful results.
- Manage and work with external counsel to successfully prepare and file visa petitions, applications, and supporting documents for F-1, E-2, L1A, H1B, PERM, O-1, EB-1, NIW, etc.
- Conduct legal research, liaise with internal stakeholders to gather necessary documentation, and keep stakeholders regularly informed of case progress while receiving consistently positive stakeholder feedback on promptness and client service.
- Assist company’s legal department with general filing and other organizational tasks as assigned.
MUST HAVE:
- Qualifications: bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution.
- 2 years of experience as an immigration paralegal.
- Strong organizational, communication, and research skills.
- Languages: Must speak and write English and Chinese (Mandarin) fluently and idiomatically.
