A Financial Services firm has an immediate opening for a Paralegal to join their team. Supporting the Legal Department, you will take charge of a variety of documentation, deadlines, entity management, and supporting additional corporate legal matters. Your meticulous attention to detail, high level of organization, and thorough communication skills will be key to having success in this position. M&A experience is required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist with transactions, and preparing appropriate documentation
- Support entity management, managing records and document management systems
- Maintain and track various deadlines
- Liaise with executives in various departments and third-party vendors
