As you excel in learning the basics of our business, you will transition to Account Manager training, where you will start to have your own client interactions!

Responsibilities:

• Assist in prospecting for potential clients through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and strategic email campaigns.
• Shadow account managers to learn how to run a business meeting effectively.
• Observe and participate in client interactions to understand how to qualify different projects and opportunities.
• Learn the art of maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, IT, or related field.
• Strong interest in the IT industry and a passion for building relationships with technical professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective candidate and client engagement. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the organization.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
