Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative and Marketing Assistant to join our real estate team.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations, agents, clients and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Provide administrative support to the team, including document preparation, data entry, and filing
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion
- Perform clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Greet visitors and provide excellent front desk service
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients and internal stakeholders
Skills:
- Strong calendar management skills
- Experience working in a real estate office is a plus
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Proven ability in event planning and coordination
- Strong project coordination skills
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite, Canva, CRMs
- Ability to provide excellent customer support
