Summary:
The Total Rewards Specialist will play a pivotal role in executing the College’s comprehensive total rewards strategy, which includes compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and recognition programs. The position will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compensation, benefits, and recognition programs are aligned with the College’s goals and objectives.

$72,000 - $82,000
Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate of the base pay for this position. The selected candidate’s actual base pay for this role will take into account a wide range of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
