Alvin Ailey Dance Foundation, Inc. is pleased to offer a competitive total rewards package that includes flexible work arrangement, best-in-class health/welfare benefits, and a great environment. Position Summary:The Total Rewards Manager hands Alvin Ailey Dance Foundation’s total rewards strategy; a coordinated effort driven by an effective and inclusive rewards package. This package is a combination of all the benefits, compensation, perks, incentives, guidelines, processes, programs, and other rewards that AADF’s offers. The Total Rewards Manager coordinates and manages the employee compensation and benefits programs, which includes administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. In addition, will perform a variety of complex administrative and technical duties in support of Recruitment and retention efforts. This role manages benefits administration and is responsible for directing and planning the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs (group health, dental, short-term and long-term disability, worker's compensation, life insurance, flexible spending plan, retirement plans, etc.). This role also manages the compensation function for Ailey and includes, developing and implementing new and revised compensation programs, policies, and procedures to align with the company's goals and competitive practices. This position is responsible for ensuring that company compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies and government regulations. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, has a positive attitude, possess exceptional communication skills, and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Skills/Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree plus 5-7 years’ experience, preferably in a theater or arts organization. Proficient in MS Office SuiteProactive problem-solving skillsKnowledge of Ceridian, Concur, and other relevant databases required. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff (orally and written)A winning mindset, unbiased thought process and can-do attitudeComplete discretion – routinely deal with confidential mattersKindness and a commitment to AileyAbility to pivot and work in a fast-paced environment Compensation:$85K-$100K.
