Broadmead and itsaffiliates Friends Care, serve approximately 500 older adults through a lifeplan community (CCRC), located on a 94 -acre campus and through home and community-based programs. Broadmeadpartners with Gilchrist to operate an outpatient physician clinic, and inconjunction with Johns Hopkinshas created two Centers of Excellence in Health and Wellness and Dementia Care.Broadmead is successfully completing a rolling 5-year strategic plan, which includes eight strategic goals,most of which involve a workgroup and a wide range of objectives to achieve thegoals. The goals are: 1.) ExceptionalCulinary and Hospitality Services, 2.) Employer of Choice, 3.) InnovativeTechnology, 4.) Diversity-Equity-Inclusion, 5.) Sustainability, 6.)Philanthropy, 7.) The VP of Human Resourcesis responsible for the overall strategic management, administration,coordination, and evaluation of the HR function serving Broadmead and itsrelated entities. Oversee: HR team, department budgets, and policydevelopment. Overseethe Human Resource function performance through the evaluation, planning,development, organization, and implementation of short term and long-termstrategic objectives in support of community and Employer of Choice goals.

3. Ensurethe development, interpretation and implementation of policies and proceduresaccording to Federal and State laws and regulations in all compliance areas.
4. Provideoversight, promote growth and development, monitor performance expectations,and foster a culture of collaboration within the Human Resources team.
5. Accountablefor the overall performance of the HR Department budget.
6. Abideby the organization’s code of conduct in the performance of their duties.
8. Accountablefor promoting internal customer service.
