This is a great opportunity to return to the workforce or continue your HR career on a part-time basis (up to 22 hours per week). This position reports to our office in Hunt Valley, MD.

· Manages HR operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching and counseling staff

· Coaches and assists Company supervisory personnel with employee relations issues

· Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local HR laws

· Manages the annual performance evaluation process

· Ensures employee job descriptions are maintained and up to date

· Provides backup support to Employee Relations Specialist for payroll processing

· Accomplished HR-related strategic objectives and special projects
