Bray International, Inc. is currently seeking a Document Control Specialist to join our Project Management team based at it’s world headquarters in Houston, Texas. The Document Controller reports directly to the Director of Projects and is responsible for maintaining the documentation generated by the Project Management Team, to help support the day-to-day operations. This includes, but is not limited to, administrative assistance, creating operating procedures, manuals, engineering/technical reports and organizing contract management files. Running daily KPI reports for management.
The successful Document Control Specialist candidate should have the ability to prioritize, manage time well, multi-task, and trouble shoot. Strong interpersonal communication skills are a must! If you have strong Microsoft 365 skills and experience reviewing drawings and MTR’s, apply today!
