Qualifications and Detail about the Position
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing the Document Support Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the quality of Document Control services and products and ensuring compliance by executing existing processes and practices to ensure the Brock Group is able to manage and understand any variances in critical path for assigned deliverables. Supports building the Brock brand by providing world class service quality to all stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
· Point of contact to provide Prequalification and CRM support to business leaders.
· Responsible for replying to prequalification questionnaires for bidding all over the USA.
· Partnered with stakeholders to standardize contractor prequalification requirements.
· Utilization of internal and external 3rd party account databases (ISNetworld, Complyworks, Avetta, Browz), secure COI’s, and manage library of submittal documentation for PQF’s, RFI’s and proposals.
· Promote, demonstrate, and instill Brock’s Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business.
· Ensure all CRM functional responsibilities are complied with for all Brock operational centers located Brock heritage companies (BHC)
· Complete and manage all Prequalification processed for all BHC.
· Facilitate the flow of information and communication as required between clients, internal customers (marketing, safety, operations), expedite deliverables.
· Must have strong interpersonal skills.
· Assist if needed with all bids and tenders.

Education & Experience:
· Associate degree (required) in Business Management or Computer Data Management
· Bachelor’s degree Business Administration or data related disciplines is a plus
