• Repair and Maintenance:
• • Plumbing Systems: Handyman repair plumbing systems, ensuring proper functioning.
  • Company Equipment and Tools: They fix company equipment or tools that may be malfunctioning.
  • Appliance Testing: Handyman test various company or home appliances to ensure they work properly.
• Building Maintenance:
• • Electrical Repairs: Perform electrical repairs in community areas, including lights and laundry facilities.
  • Mechanical Equipment: Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fix any issues as necessary.
  • General Building Cleaning: Complete general building cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Flooring and Piping: Install and replace floors, stairs, and piping as needed.
