Job Posting Description

This is a hybrid role with the expectation of being onsite 4-8 days per month
Talent Development Partner- Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert/advanced facilitation of programs and group dynamics, both virtually and in person
  • Demonstrate energy and build emotional connections with workshop attendees
  • Anticipate participant learning needs and ensure a safe and welcoming learning environment
  • As assigned, manage a program portfolio—from onboarding to business, leadership, and professional skills—that are core and common to talent development
  • Conduct formal train-the-trainer sessions along with other progressive delivery models
  • Participate in program review meetings and contribute to the ongoing refinement of talent development programs to support the organization’s key priorities and objectives
  • Support or contribute to the creation, management, and continuous evolution of talent and career development solutions that measurably improve engagement and retention
  • Partner closely with the talent management team and HR leaders on emerging needs, competency and skills gap assessments, leadership and professional development interdependencies, etc
  • Establish strong cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives; participate in communication campaigns
  • Bring an inclusion and diversity lens to all aspects of programs and people development
  • Integrate and promote all talent development, leadership development, engagement, workforce development, career development, wellness, and other initiatives to support employee learning and development
  • As needed, design and develop resources, including toolkits and reinforcement approaches to sustain a continuous learning and development culture
  • Recommend workshop improvements and participate in content development sessions
  • Analyze and report on workshop-related data such as attendance, qualitative and quantitative participant feedback and business impact
To qualify, you must have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Organization Development, Leadership Development. L&D, Adult Learning, Competency Development, Change Management preferred
  • 5 years of related experience
  • Applies critical and strategic thinking
  • Expertise in leadership development, performance management, professional development courseware, topics, and models
  • Demonstrated proficiency in adult learning methods, training techniques, blended learning techniques
  • Expert at workshop facilitation and group dynamics
  • Experienced with micro courses and experiential learning/delivery
  • Strong project management skills including executing technical and operational project activities with cross-functional teams
  • Design and deliver clear and compelling presentations using PowerPoint or similar software for key stakeholders
  • Ability to write clear and compelling proposals, learning content, toolkits, email, and other learning assets, and communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Highly collaborative and uses feedback to improve programs and outcomes
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to complete work independently and prioritize work across multiple simultaneous projects
  • Advanced computer/technology skills, including Microsoft Office suite and virtual delivery platforms, such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a high tolerance for shifting priorities
  • High attention to detail
  • ATD Master Trainer program; Associate Professional in Talent Development or Certified Professional in Talent Development certification; ADDIE model
