Talent Acquisition Partner - Sales Recruiter – Boston Seaport – 3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote
Nasuni is looking for a world-class Sales Recruiter, in our Boston Seaport office. Nasuni experienced 30% ARR growth and 46% customer growth. Bring your experience and motivation for recruiting top sales talent and president’s club winners to one of the “Coolest Cloud Storage companies of 2023”-CRN.
Primary Responsibilities 
  • Partner with GTM / sales leaders to hire the best quota carrying and revenue generating reps.
  • Develop great relationships with top candidates in the Hybrid Cloud Storage ecosystem.
  • Exceed recruiting goals based on Sourcing Metrics, Quality, Time-to-Fill, Submit-to-Hire ratios, Finalists, and Offers. 
  • Build talent pools and candidate pipelines via networking events and sourcing best-practices.
  • Create internal and external recruiting channel partnerships to generate top candidate referrals.
  • Design innovative sourcing strategies to fulfill unique job requirements and meet pipeline goals.
  • Use Jobvite ATS to maintain candidate pipelines, recruiter screens, interview evaluations, reporting, and offers.
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, social media, and candidate databases to identify, source, and build relationships with top candidates and partners in our Hybrid Cloud Storage ecosystem. 
  • Continuously monitor and improve the Interview Process to generate amazing candidate outcomes.
  • Create CRM nurture messaging campaigns to generate candidate interest and maintain relationships.
  • Conduct candidate reference checks to verify past performance and fit for role.
  • Provide recruiter screen summaries that rank candidates against requirements and current pipeline.
 Other Duties: 
  • Partner with Marketing, G&A, Product, and Engineering on additional roles when needed.
  • Create recruiting events, represent Nasuni at conferences, and speak on industry panels.
  • Travel to other Nasuni offices in Marlborough, MA, Cary, NC, Cork, Ireland, or London, UK to attend recruiting events if required.
  • Attend Talent Acquisition stand-up meetings, People Operations meetings, and Department events.
  • Lead hiring manager REQ intake calls, team kick-off calls, and candidate debrief reviews.
  • Provide daily updates and weekly summaries to the Director of Talent Acquisition.
  • Partner with Recruiting Operations, Finance, IT, and People Operations Team on interview scheduling, compensation structure, onboarding, career pathing, performance reviews, and Talent Management best practices.
 Qualifications: 
  • Amazing ability to always find the best candidates for any role and build instant rapport.
  • You enjoy meeting new people constantly, being on the phones, and asking great questions.
  • An always-learning growth mindset, curiosity, collaborative, coachable, and high EQ.
  • Corporate Recruiting Experience in SaaS, Cloud, Data Infrastructure, Storage, Backup, Security, Data Intelligence, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or similar disruptive technology.
  • 3 years Sourcing and Recruiting experience 
  • Prior sales, selling, and / or high-volume phone work is preferred. 
  • Prior commission-based recruitment or staffing agency success preferred, due to the urgency and competitive nature of our Hybrid Cloud Storage ecosystem.
  • Expert Candidate Management documentation using Jobvite, Greenhouse, or similar Applicant Tracking System.
  • Ability to assess resumes quickly and accurately to select the best candidates for interviews.
  • Proven ability to provide objective concise candidate assessments, rankings, and recommendations
  • Recognized by candidates for advocating for them on current and future roles.
  • Ability to push-back and challenge hiring managers, to promote top candidates.
  • Typing skills of at least 40 WPM with 95% accuracy preferred.
  • Ability to deliver an engaging 2-Minute Nasuni Employee Value Prop on Nasuni, the team, and role.
