HW Staffing is hiring a full-cycle Recruiter to work onsite with our client, splitting their time between manufacturing facilities in Sutton and Milford.

The Onsite Recruiter is responsible for staffing and managing temporary employees for our client. We are looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with a positive attitude who works great under pressure and thrives in an energetic environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Sit onsite and act as the central contact for hiring managers and human resources to identify openings.
• Handle meetings with HR, Engineers, Manufacturing Managers, and Department Heads.
• Manage advertising and web posting responses, and evaluate staffing strategies and plans
• Submit qualified candidates to hiring authorities, coordinate interview schedules, and interview candidates.
• Provide emergency staffing support service to the client.

Requirements:

• Previous staffing experience in a managerial role, preferably onsite
• Ability to sit onsite at our client locations in Milford and Sutton
• Computer skills: ATS software, Microsoft Office; must have advanced Excel proficiency
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per hour
