Currently, we are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst at TechOp Solutions International, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to provide situational awareness, critical information analysis, and timely decision-making to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions
• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders to ensure all needs are addressed
• Perform data analysis and provide insights to inform decision-making
• Create and present reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
• 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
• Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and management
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Experience working with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)
• Experience in the field of Homeland Security or Defense is a plus
