NOTE : Will be supprting SupplyChain. Looking for someone with very advanced excel skills thatwill help us with data mining and setting up improved processes toassist in Supply Chain improvement.
Someone that can pullinformation from excel based data files and organize it intohelpful process improvements that may include things like automaticemailing files to suppliers and inputting information back into ourAMAPS system.
Taking an existing Excel based report and making itmuch more useful be eliminating fields and importing in otherfields from different excel files.
We would like someone with veryadvanced Excel skills. Pivot tables V looks ups Creating Macros.MAKE SURE EXCEL IS ALL OVER THE RESUME
POSITION SUMMARY :
With minimumsupervision responsible for administrative duties of broad scopeand complexity requiring independent judgement and familiarity withapplicable procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Following establishedprocedures perform a variety of administrative responsibilities.May be required to perform some or all of the following :
Operate word processor personal computer or CRT to perform the fullscope of word processing graphics and / or publishing applications aswell as creating documents containing financial or statistical dataor scientific technical or legal terminology.
Enter andmanipulate data on spreadsheet data base or file managementprograms and perform a broad range of typing projects.
Set priorities and procedures for accomplishing work. May berequired to delegate portions to others or offer assistance andsupport to others.
Collect data conduct research andcompile information using a variety of mathematical calculationsfor a broad range of reports and projects.
Composeanalyze and distribute documents. Proofread and correct grammaticaltypographical compositional or data errors.
Conductmeetings or presentations.
Conduct inquiries intospecific problems such as delays to ensure objectives are beingmet. Communicate potentially negative situations to management in aconstructive manner.
Read mail highlight action orimportant items attach relevant files or information beforedistributing. Respond to routine correspondence or draft routineresponses for review and signature.
Interfaceeffectively with team members functional departments and customers.Screen calls respond to routine questions and receive and / or escortvisitors.
Schedule appointments and make domestic andinternational travel arrangements.
Coordinate withinternal and external executivelevel staff to schedule inhouse andoffsite meetings. Coordination may include arrangements for traveland hotel accommodations meal menus recreational programs guestspeakers and developing agendas.
Maintain accurate anduptodate files and record systems. Maintain confidential recordsand reports.
Job Requirements :
Three years related office experience or demonstrated ability toperform described responsibilities. HS Education.
Ability to accurately type 55 wpm where applicable.
Mustdemonstrate effective verbal written and interpersonalcommunication skills.
