Job Description Job Summary: The Account Executive at SS&C Blue Prism will be responsible for driving sales of advanced Process Orchestration and Automation Solutions. The role includes engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and effectively communicating how our solutions can transform their business operations. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients in allocated industry territories across Australia. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities. Exceed Sales Revenue and New Logo targets in the assigned territory. Lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing. Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand and address client requirements. With the support of the SS&C Blue Prism Solution consultants team, present tailored demonstrations of our Process Orchestration and Automation Solutions. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Process Orchestration and Automation Solutions industry trends and competitive landscape. Provide insights and thought leadership to clients on best practices in these domains. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., technical, marketing) to deliver effective solutions. Regularly update CRM systems and provide accurate sales forecasts in accordance with Blue Prism best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. Proven experience in sales, particularly in Business Relationship Management (BRM), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Process Orchestration, and Case Management. Previous successful experience with Pega or Appian will be viewed highly. Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in MEDDPICC. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. For Canberra-based candidates: Demonstrated strong relationships and successful engagements with the Federal Government and Defence Industries. For Melbourne-based candidates: Demonstrated strong relationships and successful engagements with sectors such as Mining and Resources, Utilities, and Retail. Desirable Attributes: Experience in a fast-paced tech environment. A strong network in the IT and services industry. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
