What You'll Do in the Role:

As a Product Manager at Beonic, you'll be at the forefront of driving the evolution of our data platform. Reporting to the Head of Product, you'll orchestrate the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring our solutions remain ahead of the curve. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, research, sales, and marketing, to deliver innovative and impactful solutions that drive real customer and business outcomes.

• Product Strategy: Develop and execute a forward-thinking product strategy informed by market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.
• Roadmap Planning: Define and prioritise features and enhancements based on strategic objectives, customer feedback, and emerging market opportunities.
• Product Development: Partner with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable plans, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align priorities, gather feedback, and drive successful product launches through seamless collaboration with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams.
• User Experience: Champion user-centric design principles to deliver intuitive and engaging experiences that foster adoption and satisfaction.
• Data Analysis: Utilise data analytics and insights to monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
• Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and identify opportunities to enhance product value.
• Documentation and Communication: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, release notes, and collateral to support internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Market Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to drive continuous innovation and inform product strategy.
• Product Evangelism: Act as a passionate advocate for our products internally and externally, educating stakeholders on capabilities, benefits, and value propositions.

What We Need from You:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.
• Proven experience (4 years) in product management roles, preferably in the technology/B2B SaaS space.
• Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies, including Agile and Lean practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with a knack for engaging cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Analytical mindset with a penchant for leveraging data and insights to drive informed decision-making and tangible results.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex projects from conception to launch.
• Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities and requirements.
• Experience in the retail, airport, or venue management industries is a plus.
• Knowledge of data analytics, IoT, and cloud technologies is highly desirable.
