Audience Republic is Hiring a Product Manager Near Sydney, FL

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Managerto lead the execution of our product development efforts.

As a key member of our early-stage startup team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of features from conceptualization to market launch, adoption and post launch optimization to drive commercial outcomes.

Your responsibilities will span across product roadmap execution, documentation, enhancing the customer experience, overseeing processes, managing stakeholders, effective communication, and executing our go-to-market process.

The ideal candidate will be a true generalist and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a scrappy startup environment. While you're not expected to be a developer, you'll have a level of technical understanding. You'll have super human level of attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, strong oral and written communication abilities, adept project management capabilities, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential attributes for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Product Roadmap Prioritization
    • Develop a deep understanding of the company's vision and strategy, ensuring that we’re laser focused on delivering what will achieve our vision.
    • Take ownership of product roadmap prioritization, gaining buy-in from the CEO and leadership team.
    • Establish and maintain regular feedback loops from customers, sales, and customer success teams to drive product improvements.
    • Able to identify & deliver quick wins that have a big impact on customers that don’t take significant engineering effort to deliver.
  • Documentation, Requirements & Acceptance Criteria
    • Clearly define and communicate product requirements through meticulous documentation, user stories, use cases, and tickets.
    • Craft acceptance criteria to ensure rigorous QA processes and adherence to requirements.
    • Leverage strong technical skills to comprehend API documentation, assess feasibility of proposed features, and grasp technical concepts.
    • Create internal documentation to support marketing, customer success, and other internal teams.
  • Day-to-Day Sprint Management
    • Collaborate with engineering teams daily, overseeing sprints to ensure timely and on-schedule software delivery.
    • Support in daily standups, sprint planning, estimations, prioritization, delivery, and retrospectives.
  • Fully Own The Customer Experience Within Our Product - Fully own the end-to-end customer experience within our product, ensuring customer satisfaction and that we’re delivering significant value that drives business outcomes.
  • Process - Develop and maintain documented processes, monitoring adherence for smooth operations and seamless team and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management
    • Provide crystal-clear internal and external communication of the product roadmap.
    • Deliver regular and proactive status updates to leadership, the wider company as well as other stakeholders like partners.
    • Ensure project plans are consistently updated in our project management software.
  • QA, Release and Go-to-Market Process 
    • Play a pivotal role in the QA, release, and go-to-market process, acting as the gatekeeper before releases are shipped for customer use. 
      • Working cross functionally to ensure smooth releases of new features. 
        • Collaborating with the sales, marketing, and customer success team to ensure they have what they need for the successful commercialization of new feature releases.
        • Work with marketing to ensure the creation of promotional collateral and provide training and documentation to sales and customer success teams.
    • Manage beta programs for the introduction of key features, ensuring smooth rollouts to the wider customer base.
  • Metrics & Data Analysis - Define and track key product metrics to measure the success of product initiatives. Use data-driven insights to optimize and iterate on product offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven success working with high performing product/engineering teams for an early stage startup at the Seed to Series A stage

Optional, but highly desirable:

  • Experience with analytics platforms such as Pendo
  • Experience building and maintaining integrations
  • Experience working in marketing, and/or for a marketing technology/CRM platform
