The Role: As a Senior Product Manager at Blinq, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our Team plans and customer personas. You'll be at the forefront of our B2B motion, driving product strategy and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for our global customers.

What you will own:

• Ownership of our Team plans and customer personas, with a specific focus on personas unique to our Team plans, including the Admin responsible for Blinq usage within businesses.
• Development of product strategy and roadmap for your area, working closely with design, engineering, and Growth teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Measurement of success through the advancement of the product, people, and processes, with a strong emphasis on incorporating customer feedback and market research into decision-making.

• Proven ability to engage with customers and conduct thorough market research to inform product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL and data query skills, with a curiosity for both qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
• Experience working on B2B products or collaborating with Growth teams to drive product innovation and growth.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to drive meaningful business outcomes, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
