As we look towards the next chapter of growth and development, we're seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our team and assist in our product strategy.

The Role:

As an Associate Product Manager, you'll wear many hats, assisting in end-to-end management of our products. This role is pivotal, requiring you to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll have the unique opportunity to shape the role, advance and significantly impact our growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the strategic planning and vision for our product, aligning with the company's long-term goals for growth and expansion.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand trends and uncover market needs.
• Work closely with the President, Sales, and Development team to prioritize product offerings and create a roadmap for execution.
• Prepare and deliver reports on product performance, market research findings, and progress towards strategic goals.
• Serve as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals and progress.
• Establish metrics to measure the success of products and continuously monitor performance, helping to make data-driven decisions to iterate and improve.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and translate it into actionable product improvements.
• Assist in the product development lifecycle, from ideation through launch and beyond, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Be an advocate for the customer, understanding their needs and championing these in the product development process.
• Prepare and deliver reports on product performance, market research findings, and progress towards strategic goals.

Qualifications:

• Up to 2 years’ experience in a product management role, or a similar field like project management, marketing, or development.
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and with leadership.
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A quick learner, a passion for technology and innovation, with a keen interest in staying on top of trends and best practices in product management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
