JPMorgan Chase is Hiring an Original Equipment Manufacturer Product Manager - Payments - Senior Associate Near Tampa, FL
- Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
- Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
- Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
- Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
- Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
- OEM Vendor roadmap management : create and manage a detailed product roadmap with our OEM partners that aligns with the overall business goals & the product lifecycle with our development teams
- Product launch : contribute to successful product launches with other teams, including marketing, sales enablement, as interface with our OEM partners to provide curated products information, competition landscape analysis & track product and information deliverables
- Cross-functional collaboration : collaborate with our software team & supply chain teams, program management & quality insurance to ensure successful product introduction, lean customization process & ability to service deployed unit and to process seamlessly Field Returns.
- 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Experience in Payments industry
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
