A Remote Senior HRIS Analyst position is currently available at Belcan. As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you will be using your experience and functional skills to analyze and implement Oracle HCM Cloud modules relevant to the business needs of Belcan, Inc.
Job Responsibilities:
*Proven hands-on experience in at least one Talent Management implementation with emphasis on Goals, Performance, Succession Planning and Talent Review, from gathering business requirements, planning, configuration, and Go-Live.
*Familiar with Onboarding (Journeys).
*Lead design and discovery workshops to define business requirements.
*Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and business requirements and recommend solutions.
*Communicate technical requirements to offshore team.
*Coordinate integration testing, user acceptance testing, training, and documentation.
*Willingness to occasionally work during Greenwich Mean Time (UK) business hours.
*May require occasional travel in and outside of the US.
*Work with Oracle Support to open Service Request to resolve issues.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor"s Degree or equivalent years of experience required.
*Required 2 years minimum experience in Talent Management modules, and at least 2 of the following areas: Core HR, Onboarding (Journeys), Benefits, Absence Management, or Compensation.
*Experience working with UK rules and regulations and implementing Oracle Cloud accordingly strongly preferred.
*The ability to work closely with and communicate with all levels of the business.
*Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Strong self-initiative to meet project deliverables, overcome issues, and effectively communicate project timelines for deliverable and resources.
*Familiar with 3rd party systems such as Equifax, JD Edwards, etc.
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $110,00 to $130,000. Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
