Our client, a non-profit organization in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist to support their team for at least 3 months!
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute creative talent acquisition strategies for entry through executive level roles.
- Utilize a variety of recruiting channels, events, and resources, to secure top talent.
- Create and implement recruiting and hiring processes and procedures.
- Manage relationships with staffing firms to maximize resources.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and executive leadership.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout all stages of recruitment.
Qualifications :
- 4 years of experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is required.
- Experience working in a union environment is desired.
- Experience with HRIS and ATS systems are highly desired.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required.
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and oral and written communication skills.
Position Information :
- Pays $28 / hr-$33 / hr
- Temporary for 3 months
- Strong potential to extend.
- Office in Washington, DC.
