Responsibilities
- Taking customer orders through phone, email, web-based orders, and some fax
- Entering orders into ERP system
- Working with internal teams to enter orders, trouble shoot issues, and problem solve
- Manage multiple tasks in timely manor
- Work directly with manager and customer service team as new projects come in to distribute work load
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- 2 years of in office customer service experience, in an industrial or manufacturing setting would be a plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks and effective time management
- Great organizational skills
- Positive personality
- Professional phone etiquette
- Computer savvy - will train on in-house systems
