TSS is seeking a Management Analyst (DEERS/RAPIDS Project Office Support)PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Review, analyze, and process the daily DEERS submissions from the States HR Supporting Systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and DEERS/RAPIDS Mailbox IAW the DEERS Project Office (DPO) SOP.The contractor will produce an Executive Summary (EXSUM) that summarizes the system-generated historical data to support the Government’s response to Congressionals, and White House inquiries within 24 hours of notification.Performs analysis of failed transactions utilizing historical information within iPERMS, IPPS-A, and the Director's Personnel Readiness Overview (DPRO) database to identify irregular trends with DEERS transactions failing to reach the DEERS database of record.Review transactions, determine why the action failed, and document the cause of failure in the spreadsheet.Submit the Government Summary every Wednesday and Friday no later than 1600 hours.Review, analyze, and correct all errors received on the Daily Discrepancy Reports by email for ARNG DEERS Project Office.Presents PowerPoint presentations and hands-on training for 3 to 5 State personnel IAW the DPO SOP.Provides training virtually (40-50 personnel) and in-person training (30 personnel) to the States.Conduct five (5) site visits quarterly and provides a summary trip report within 72 business hours after the site visit is complete.Provide operational support for up to 400 ARNG RAPIDS sites for State Site Security Manager.Provide technical assistance with system updates and reactivation for RAPIDS machines. Track and manage the Tour of Duty (TOD) status for the Division.Perform DEERS and RAPIDS training on a monthly basis. QualificationsBachelor's Degree or related field/equivalent combination of education, technical training/work experienceTypically requires 3-5 years of directly related experience in a specific functional area.
