We are seeking a Management Analyst to provide high level administrative, logistical and project support to senior management at our corporate office in Arlington, VA.
What the Management Analyst will be doing:

• Provide daily support to Senior Management, Property Managers, and others as required.
• Create financial and statistical reports and tools using spreadsheets. Analyze and interpret financial statistics and other data to produce relevant reports.
• Collect and compile data, conduct research, prepare reports and coordinate all management projects.
• Collect and review weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports from Property Managers.
• Compile all findings, utilize spreadsheets, database software and graphics for simple evaluation to assist different administrative projects.
• Initiate and coordinate the annual budget process to include but not limited to establishing overall schedule, developing tools to streamline entire process, reviewing submitted information for accuracy, and preparing for submission.
• Responsible for responding to inquiries and concerns from residents and prospective residents and providing the appropriate follow up action.

What the Management Analyst will need to succeed:

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and in writing.
• Basic math skills is required, with the ability to divide all units of measurement.
• Knowledge of Property Management is a plus.
