Barbas, Nunez, Sanders Butler & Hovsepian seeks a legal assistant for our Tampa office, Please provide comprehensive information/resume outlining experience, flexible schedule, prefer experience with Aderant Total Office fka Client Profiles, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Salary will be based upon experience.
Experience in Workers' Compensation is a plus, but not required.
Billingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and attributes:
- Proficiency drafting and responding to discovery
- Proficiency with e-filing through courts
- Possess the ability to multitask
- Ability to prepare for court hearings, mediation and trial
