RumbergerKirk seeks a Legal Assistant with 5 years of civil defense litigation experience to support attorneys in personal injury, auto negligence, premises liability, and first party property insurance defense practices. The ideal candidate must have experience working with State and Federal courts, excellent oral and written skills, have the ability to manage and prioritize large volume of caseload and enjoy working in a team environment. Duties include drafting legal documents, managing case files, scheduling, calendaring, e-filing in State and Federal courts, assisting in trial preparation, communicating with clients, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information related to cases and clients.

independently with minimal supervision and with flexibility to

Experience Required: 2 years of law firm experience as legal secretary
