Balcones Recycling is Hiring a Marketing Campaign Manager Near Austin, TX

POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team. The Marketing Campaign Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to promote our recycling initiatives and drive customer engagement. This role is responsible for supporting the marketing and sales pipeline leveraging digital marketing tools to help increase the company's brand awareness and support education and outreach efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your marketing skills toward creating a sustainable future.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to raise awareness about our recycling programs, services, and products. This includes defining campaign goals, target audience, messaging, channels, and budget allocation.
  • Content creation and management: Create engaging and persuasive marketing content for various channels, such as social media, website, newsletters, and email campaigns. Work with director of marketing to develop a robust strategy according to business goals.
  • Digital marketing and online advertising: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and display advertising. Optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage data analytics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Market research and analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Analyze data and insights to inform marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Monitor campaign performance: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI. Prepare regular reports and present findings. Make recommendations for optimization and future campaigns based on insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Stay informed about the latest developments in marketing, recycling, sustainability, and environmental issues. Proactively identify opportunities to leverage emerging trends and technologies for marketing campaigns.
  • Support education and outreach initiatives, creating and distributing material targeting our customers or municipal partners.
  • Monitor and maintain our public inquiry email (info@balconesresources.com), responding or distributing submissions accordingly.
REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES , EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a marketing campaign manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling marketing content.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for sustainability and addressing environmental issues.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite and Google Ads strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Suite, MailChimp, Microsoft 365 Suite and Canva preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Regularly use hands and fingers to handle or operate objects, tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms
  • Frequently required to sit, walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, speak and hear.
  • Might lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
  • Vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
