This is a full-time salaried position.

We are looking for an experienced Marketer to lead our Marketing department. You’ll be responsible for setting specific objectives to develop a cohesive and profitable marketing strategy for our Free-Standing Emergency Room. Our Marketing strategist position involves a variety of tasks, including designing marketing campaigns and performing market research. If you’re a creative, goal-oriented professional, we would like you to be part of our team and share innovative ideas to achieve our targets. Ultimately, you should be able to increase our market share and ensure brand consistency.

Responsibilities

· Set specific marketing goals

· Develop relationships with referral sources

· Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets

· Help design marketing brochures, cards, signs

· Analyze sales and marketing metrics

· Forecast market trends

· Research the market to identify new opportunities

· Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products

· Address advertising needs

· Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels

· Use customer feedback to ensure patient satisfaction

· Liaise with internal teams and ensure brand consistency

Job Requirements:

• Professional appearance/ Professional Attire
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• An outgoing and winning personality
• A computer with Microsoft Office is a must
• Great planning
• Time management
• Organization
• Proper spelling and grammar skills
• Skilled in utilizing video calling technology such as Skype
• Participate in regular meetings that utilize screen share applications
• Occasional trips to the home office in Greater Texas.
• Willing to work nights / weekends

Qualification:

• Preferred to have college degree
• Preferred marketing or sales background
• Must have 5 years of Experience in Marketing
• Preferred to have Marketing Experience in Healthcare
• Achieve the assigned task/ goals are mandatory.
• Able to pick 25-30 lbs. packages
