Job Details : As a Recruitment Advertising Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment advertising strategy forward.

You'll be responsible for managing various advertising channels, including display ads, content marketing, email campaigns, and pay-per-click advertising, to attract top talent to our platform.

Your creative approach and strategic mindset will help us effectively reach and engage with our target audience.

Location : Flexible (Remote)

Salary : $55,000 to $75,000 per year.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment advertising or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in managing advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and measure campaign performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content and messaging.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
