Description

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the strategic marketing plan for CMIT Solutions franchise growth.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to optimize lead generation, utilizing analytics to identify and capitalize on high-converting channels, resulting in a higher volume of qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine messaging and positioning, ensuring alignment with the franchise value proposition and effectively communicating the benefits of joining the franchise system to potential candidates.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities, enabling the development of proactive initiatives to stay ahead in the highly competitive franchise development landscape.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key industry influencers, brokers, and associations to expand the network and enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Collaborate with the franchise sales team to understand the nuances of successful conversions, incorporating feedback into the marketing strategy to drive more closed-won candidates.
  • Leverage experience in channel marketing to diversify and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Implement targeted content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, webinars, and whitepapers, to position the franchise as an industry leader and a desirable opportunity for potential candidates.
  • Support franchise onboarding processes and provide follow-up support as needed.
  • Generate reports for key performance indicators (KPIs) (KPIs listed below)
  • Manage the franchise development marketing budget effectively to meet or exceed targets.
  • Implement strategic initiatives to consistently enhance CMIT Solutions' standing in franchise industry publications, aiming for sustained high rankings through effective marketing strategies and engagement with industry trends.
  • Oversee, manage, and maintain the Franchise Development website to ensure it effectively supports lead generation efforts.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and maintain franchise sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, sales tools, etc.
  • Establish and manage vendor relations to support marketing activities.
  • Analyze metrics and KPIs to drive continuous strategic improvement in vendor relationships.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the franchisor/franchisee relationship and stay updated on marketing requirements, programs, policies, and procedures.
