About the Team
The Marketing Team's primary responsibilities are to communicate the value of the Subsplash platform to the world—managing all outward-facing communications, leading demand generation efforts, creating go-to-market product strategies, facilitating brand management/identity, and more. We create beautiful and effective email campaigns, social media strategies, website content, product identities, videos, and more. We identify prospects and nurture them into quality leads for our sales team. For existing clients, we help them understand and engage with our products and new features. We have fun moving projects from concept to reality, and discovering what works well to help Subsplash and our clients succeed.
About the Role
As the Content Marketing Manager, you will report to the Director of Content Marketing. You are a dynamic writer with a proven ability to draft copy that is creative and compelling, while also being driven by research, testing, and customer understanding. You excel in planning and execution that translates business objectives into content that leads to meaningful results across various channels (including web and email). You demonstrate knowledge of content and technical SEO, copywriting best practices, customer journeys, and buyer psychology. You are proactive, thorough, and autonomous, but also love working with a team. You play a key role in driving the success of our core marketing functions, including content marketing, product marketing, demand generation, and PR/communications. You are an excellent communicator, copywriter, and subject matter expert in areas that resonate with our target audience. You are highly organized, committed to detailed reporting, and keenly attentive to results and KPIs. You have experience with processes and tools (including AI) that increase efficiency without sacrificing quality. You are passionate about creating benefit-oriented content to reach our target audience.

Subsplash currently has operations in 22 states across the US! As much as we would love to have employees in as many states and countries as we have clients, we are currently limiting hiring to the states we already operate in. As a result of that, this role is only available as a 100% remote position if you reside in one of the following states:
AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, MO, MI, NC, NM, OK, OH, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA.
