Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our brand through innovative marketing strategies. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing, advertising, promotions, digital marketing, social media, branding, and public relations for our hospitality group. This is a hands on and challenging position and requires a multi-faceted individual to tackle it with gusto!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across all properties.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including website, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms and oversee social media strategy to enhance brand presence and engage with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop creative advertising campaigns and promotions that align with our brand identity and drive business objectives.
  • Creation of promotional programs and events to drive awareness and visits.
  • Create assets for digital, print, and social use.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials, including print collateral, signage, and digital assets.
  • Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to generate positive publicity and coverage for our properties.
  • Cultivate relationships with community partners and revenue sources to drive sales and bookings.
  • Track and manage guest databases.
  • Manage sales materials and track booking/lead conversion.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or commensurate experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within the hospitality or related industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and experience with online marketing platforms and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content for various channels.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and branding aesthetics.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Team player with strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
