• Collect and review new account applications and documentation required to determine if they are within the Bank's risk tolerance guidelines and assign applications to Relationship Managers as appropriate
• Partner with Relationship Managers and collaborate with internal partners to ensure exceptional client experience
• Perform due diligence on new small business deposit account applications, to asses risk and ensure compliance with BSA/AML regulations
• Manage the external email inbox for Small Business Banking and resolve/respond as needed and or assign the email to the Relationship Manager for the relationship
• Manage inbound customer service cases and ensure a timely response as well as adequate resolution
• Act as the Small Business Banking SME to make recommendations and lead procedural and process enhancement initiatives for the group

• HS Diploma
• 1 year's experience in financial services in a support/processing capacity
• Exposure to working with businesses in a financial services environment
• Fundamental knowledge of banking regulations
• Work well in a fast-paced environment
• Work independently with little supervision
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
• Competency using MS Office Suite
