We are looking for an experienced Data Analytics leader that has a deep understanding of the business and is passionate about delivering our data analytics roadmap and strategic insights to drive our business results. Axos Clearing has an aggressive strategy to transform the Clearing industry, enabling our clients to grow revenue, and drive operational excellence. The candidate must possess a solid balance of leadership, ability to be hands on, and manage data analytics to empower our business to execute towards growth. The candidate will be our data analytics evangelist and provide hands-on management and delivery of our data analytics roadmap. Ultimately, the objective of this role is to build a team and leverage data to generate actionable strategic insights, perspectives, help to design, and drive strategy that ultimately unlocks value for the business.

Pay: $110,000 - $120,000/ yr 20% Target Bonus

Location: Onsite (San Diego, CA -or- Omaha, NE - or- Centennial, CO)

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for leading our strategic data analytics needs, data analytics roadmap, and strategic insights to drive business results within Axos Clearing.
• Client focused and have a deep understanding of analytics, expertise in using strategic insights to shape, drive business, and sales strategy.
• Managing a team of 2-3 data analytics professionals that are located offshore to achieve our priorities and data analytics needs.
• Experienced at using large and diverse data to find opportunities for sales, product, process improvements, be able to present the data, and effectiveness toward business results.
• Experience and be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams.
• Provide an independent perspective that challenges business assumptions and traditional views to ensure we are capturing data-driven opportunities to meet the needs of our clients.

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, quantitative economics,

data science or equivalent combined education or work-related
experience.

• 8 years' of a proven track as a data analytics leader that is client

focused, solid communicator, has a deep understanding of analytics, broad
expertise in using strategic insights to shape, and drive business strategy.

• 8 years' of work experience with ETL, data modeling, and business

intelligence data architectures.

• 5 years' in leadership/management role.
• Deep experience with data science and developing data driven roadmaps.
• Managing execution of our daily data analytics pipeline, strategic roadmap,

and qualitative research initiatives.

• Excellent executive level verbal and written communications.
• Ability to recruit, develop talent, and build a high performing team.
• Strong work experience in data warehouse, data lake design, data

modeling and data management.

• Experience developing and managing data warehouses and data cubes.
• Experience with Redshift, Big Query, Snowflake or similar tech stack.
• Expert in at least SQL and/or Python.
• Advanced skills in data visualization with Tableau or similar tools.

Preferred:

• Master's degree
• Clearing or Securities experience
